Absolutely. Shipping time can vary to both of these states, but generally takes 3-5 days.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we do, however if the PO Box (shipping) does not match the billing address, you may receive a phone call from us. We want to avoid fraudulent orders at all cost. Generally, if billing and shipping addresses don't match, it can (possibly) cause a slight delay in order for us to verify.
Q: Do you offer free shipping on all orders?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders. International shipping varies by destination.
Q: When will my order ship?
We can usually ship your order within 1 business day (sometimes sooner) of receiving it. The exceptions would be weekends and holidays.
Q: What about order tracking?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please give it 24-48 hours before reaching out to us.
Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns 30 days from the date of receipt. The wallet must be unused. We understand if you want to take a look at it and think about it for a few days, but please don't carry the wallet for a week, then ask to return it to us. We are easy on returns, but have to be able to "resell" the wallet. If the wallet is clearly in a used condition, your return may be denied.
Q: How do I make a return?
Just scroll to the bottom of our homepage and click Returns under the Customer Service heading. Returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Q: Who pays return shipping?
For general returns, buyer pays return shipping. However, if we shipped you the wrong wallet, or the wallet is defective from the manufacturer, we will send you a shipping label.
